Shipping Policy

At HK Workwear, we primarily operate as a direct dispatch (drop shipping) business. We work closely with trusted suppliers who ship products directly to our customers, allowing us to offer competitive pricing and a wider range of workwear products online.

Depending on the supplier, your order may be:

  • Shipped directly from the supplier to your delivery address; or

  • Delivered to our warehouse first before being dispatched to you.

This process helps us provide a broader product range while ensuring efficient order fulfilment.

Australia-Wide Shipping

We currently deliver Australia-wide.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are based on the brand group of the products ordered.

Winning Spirit, Benchmark, Australian Industrial Wear $19.95

If your order contains products from multiple brand groups, separate shipping charges may apply.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

  • Orders are dispatched on business days only.

  • Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Product availability

  • Supplier processing times

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Decorated Garments

Orders requiring embroidery, printing, or other garment decoration may incur additional shipping charges based on the weight and size of the completed order. Any additional freight charges will be advised during the quotation or order process.

Signature on Delivery

For security purposes, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Unless otherwise authorised or permitted by the courier, parcels will not be left unattended.

Returned-to-Sender Parcels

If a parcel is returned to HK Workwear because:

  • the customer was unavailable to accept delivery; or

  • the parcel was not collected from the courier or post office within the required timeframe,

a $12.00 return-to-sender fee will apply. This fee covers the courier's charge for returning the parcel to us.

If you require your order to be re-dispatched, additional shipping charges may also apply.
