Refund & Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

No returns are accepted for:

  • Clearance items
  • Special order products
  • Decorated or customised garments

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns for products purchased online or in-store within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Include all original tags, labels, manuals and accessories
  • Not have been washed or decorated
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Please open packaging carefully, as damaged packaging may result in the return being declined.

Restocking Fee

Approved change-of-mind returns may incur a restocking fee of:

  • $15, or
  • 15% of the purchase price,

whichever is greater.

This fee helps cover supplier restocking charges and may be applied depending on the circumstances.

Return Authorisation (RAN)

Before returning any item, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

Returns sent without an approved RAN may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected
  • Incorrect colour selected
  • Unsuitable product
  • Any other customer ordering error

Any replacement shipment will also incur standard delivery charges.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (or at HK Workwear's discretion).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Where an order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by HK Workwear will be deducted from the refund amount.

Approved returns must be received within 14 days of return approval. Returns received after this period may be declined.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us before returning it.

After assessment and approval, HK Workwear will arrange one of the following (depending on the manufacturer's warranty and the nature of the fault):

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store credit

Proof of purchase is required.

Unless otherwise advised, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
